Do you require the use of any other equipment in the church premises?

Terms and Conditions of use

Please leave the premises clean and tidy when you are finished and ensure all furniture/equipment is put back where it was on arrival. If you require the use of the computer or audio/visual equipment, prior agreement must be made. There is no smoking permitted on the premises. There is no alcohol to be stored, consumed or sold on the premises. Please ensure all food and food containers are removed from the premises after use. All rubbish/leftovers must be removed from the church premises and placed in the green bin to the rear of the building after your event. The church does not accept responsibility for accidents or incidents from activities from non church groups; this includes Bouncy Castles etc. This must be appropriately supervised by the person/group using the building. The church does not accept responsibility for non church groups/community groups/individuals preparing their own food in the church kitchen. It is the sole responsibility of each group to ensure that any food served is transported/prepared/re-heated/chilled etc. in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the attached Kitchen Policy.

We/I have been made aware of the Lerwick Baptist Church Fire and Evacuation procedure and accept responsibility for ensuring fire safety and security.
